How It Works

Pelican has developed four programs to meet just about every-one’s style and budget. Labor and a selection of quality bathroom products are included in every program, structured in such a way to make the selection process simple and enjoyable.

While remodeling a standard sized bathroom may at first seem like a simple task, keep in mind that there are many parts and pieces involved in putting together a fast and smooth remodeling project. As such, Pelican has preselected and included all the products needed. Your bathroom package will include the following:

• 24″-36″ Vanity (based on existing size)
• Coordinating Mirror
• Cultured Marble, Granite, or Marble counter top
• Integrated sink or vitreous china under-mount sink
• Lavatory Faucet
• Tub or shower pan and drain (depending on existing conditions, conversion options available)
• Tub/ Shower trim and valve
• Coordinating Bath Accessories including Tissue Holder, Towel Bar, Towel Ring (additional accessories such as shower doors and grab bars available)
• Ceramic or porcelain wall and floor tile and grout
• Toilet, toilet seat and wax ring
• Vanity Light Fixture and Bath Fan (in place of existing)
• All setting materials, construction materials and supplies are included
