Bath program

Pelican Kitchen & Bath has developed four programs to meet just about everyone’s style and budget. Labor and a selection of quality bathroom products are included in every program’s cost, all structured to make the selection process simple and easy.
In our Bath Program, Pelican has pre-selected and included all the products needed.

Your bathroom package will include the following:

24″-36″ vanity (based on existing size)
Coordinating Mirror
Cultured marble, granite, or marble countertop
Integrated sink or vitreous china under-mount sink
Lavatory faucet
Tub or shower pan and drain (depending on existing conditions, conversion options available)
Tub/shower trim and valve
Coordinating bath accessories including tissue holder, towel bar, towel ring (additional accessories such as shower doors and grab bars available)
Ceramic or porcelain wall and floor tile and grout
Toilet, toilet seat and wax ring
Vanity light fixture and bath fan
All setting materials, construction materials and supplies are included
